Hollow Lantern

Hollow Lantern is a slow, atmospheric adventure. You explore a fog-covered town by tapping to move and examining everything, piecing together what happened to the people who left. The puzzles are mostly environmental and logical rather than obtuse.

The art and sound do a lot of the heavy lifting. We played most of it late at night with headphones, and it had a real pull to it. There's no timer, no fail state, just a quiet story to unravel.

It's short — maybe four hours — but it's the kind of thing you remember. And of course, no connection needed.
